EDGAR BEST BUILD

Edgar is a fighter with moderate to low health, very high reload speed, and movement speed. His attack range is short, but he deals decent damage, and Edgar is capable of healing himself upon attack (35% of the damage dealt, 60% with the Star Power "Hard Knocks"). His Super charges automatically (similar to Darryl's mechanic). With it, Edgar jumps over obstacles, gaining speed (dealing area damage upon landing if equipped with the Star Power "Tough Landing"). The first Gadget speeds up Super accumulation, while the second grants Edgar a shield, absorbing damage for a period of time.

Edgar's most effective Star Power is undoubtedly Fisticuffs. It enhances his survivability by increasing the healing he receives from his damage output. Additionally, Let's Fly Gadget stands out as the superior choice, allowing him to quickly charge his Super. For the first Gear slot, the Gadget Charge Gear is an excellent option due to Edgar's powerful Gadget. As for the second Gear slot, the Super Charge Gear is highly beneficial as it accelerates the acquisition of both his Super and Hypercharge.

EDGAR SECOND BUILD

Regarding Edgar's alternative setups, the Hardcore Gadget offers decent survivability but requires careful timing due to its rapid depletion. Opting for the Damage Gear can be a favorable gear choice, as Edgar inflicts more damage when his health is low, thereby increasing both his damage output and healing potential based on damage dealt. In Heist mode, consider using the Damage Gear instead of the Super Charge Gear to maximize damage inflicted on the Safe. However, the effectiveness of the Hard Landing Star Power is limited, as it only deals 1350 damage.
