Servant of N'Zoth is a hidden achievement that let you attack your own faction's members Killing them enough times grants you a toy that has a similar effect, N'Lyeth, Sliver of N'Zoth, and a title, Servant of N'Zoth. For unlocking the quest you need to turn on War mode and kill 10 characters of the opoosite fraction. After it you“ll be given a quest that require you to kill 10 characters of your own fraction.
After finishing the quest you'll be given 'Lyeth, Sliver of N'Zoth and it will appear above you head. Only game characters with the same achievement can see it
For getting the quest you also must keep the N'zoth gift on your head. If you keep it up, you will got the quest to kill your factions members.
