The new system for passing dungeons in the second season is scoring - you need to get exact rating for passing 8 Dungeons on Both Tyrannical and Fortified Affix and reach exact score - Explorer (750 points), Conqueror (1500 points) and Master (2000 points). Score is compiled into the specifics of dungeons and time. Here the list of base amount of Mythic+ Rating:
37.5 rating bring you for completing a keystone.
Each keystone level adds an extra 7.5 rating.
Each affix adds an additional 7.5 rating, with the Seasonal affix Tormented adding 15 rating.
You can earn up to 7.5 points by being up to 40% faster than the keystone timer.
You can lose up to 15 points by being up to 40% slower than the keystone timer.
Keystones that you didn't pass in time will not give any score.
To upgrade your Gear with Valor points, you need to have an appropriate rating (Item level 229 - 750 Rating; ILvl 236 - 1500 Rating; Ilvl 242+ - 2000 Rating). You need to focus on the lowest score in the dungeon that you passed, because that is where the scoring is currently taking place.
