Chronomancer Regalia is the tier 16 mage set. The Chronomancer Regalia items are sold by the following vendors with Tokens of the Cursed Vanquisher:

Horde: Nadina Stargem in Shrine of Two Moons
The heroic mode legs and hands armor also drops from Chi-Ji, Niuzao, Xuen and Yu'lon on Timeless Isle.
Set consists of five pieces and has four ranks: Raid Finder (528), normal (540), heroic (553) and Mythic (566). Normal gloves and legs can be obtained from the August Celestials on the Timeless Isle.

Wearing more pieces of this set will convey bonuses to your character:
2 pieces: Arcane Missiles causes your next Arcane Blast within 10 sec to cost 25% less mana, stacking up to 4 times. Consuming Brain Freeze increases the damage of your next Ice Lance, Frostbolt, Frostfire Bolt, or Cone of Cold by 20%. Consuming Pyroblast! increases your haste by 52 for 5 sec, stacking up to 5 times.
4 pieces: Arcane Missiles has a 15% chance to not consume Arcane Missiles!. Consuming Brain Freeze has a 30% chance to drop an icy boulder on your target. Inferno Blast also causes your next Pyroblast to be a critical strike.
Bonuses are the same for each rank. Also each rank set have different colors: Raid finder - puple, Normal - red-purple, Heroic - red-purple, Mythic - yellow
